Varm'ageddon: a place which is unsafe for vermin, a place where their life expectancy is going to be limited.

This page is dedicated to the equipment we have tested and rated so highly that we use these ourselves for vermin management. You will not find anything here which can't cut it when it comes to shooting Foxes rabbits and other vermin. What you won't here are fox calls which don't! Scopes which loose zero or fall to bits when used on a centre fire rifle or any items have not worked for us or failed to impress us during extended testing. If you are using a product which you really rate please let us know and we will consider adding them to these pages.

Night Vision

We have been working closely with Clive Ward from NV scopes and service the South West of England for his Night Vision products. We have recently tested his XG tubed Day Night scope and it's fair to say that we will be adopting this as our new NV scope of choice. The day time performance of this scope is equally impressive and every bit as good as the better German glass which funds its way onto many stalking and foxing rifles.

NV equipment demonstrations

If you live in the West of England and would like a Demo of Clive's products please let us know we have demonstration rifles equipped the NSXD PRO (Gen1+), the NVS4x52 SG which we have used very successfully on rabbits and foxes as well as the New XG Day Night setup.

Custom Stocks

Our night vision demonstration rifles are also equipped with our own modified stocks, the stocks are height adjustable to allow good cheek weld when used with NV scopes which are mounted higher from the barrel than conventional optics.

Reloading Centre

In order to support the most dedicated shooters we will also be opening the first of the Edgar Brothers Hornady reloading centres. In addition to the BASC reloading accreditation for reloading we will also be offering our own courses, while these are closely modelled on the BASC accredited courses these1 day courses include accurate measure of headspace and bullet seating as well as the use of new un-primed brass.

In addition to the courses you will also be able to hire our own in house Hornady prep centre to quickly prepare fired brass for reloading. We also hope to be able to offer the use of our own in house Hornady AP press for efficient loading of larger quantities of Ammo.

Fox Calls

This is the bit where we tell you about the best fox calls we've used, the only problem is we have a new champion. The new caller has consistently out performed our previous champions, we are so confident in this caller we don't mind too much if we forget to bring our others.

We've nicknamed this caller the "Cosmic" fox call; (if foxes could fly then this call would bring them in from outer space). The Cosmic fox caller is available complete with lanyard for £12.00 each + P&P.

Give one a try, we don't think you'll be disappointed, "Team Armageddon have shot 16 foxes so far in January 2012 exclusively using this caller (it should have been 20 but a duff round, a difficult off hand shot in a strong side wind, a fairly straightforward and long range misses let 4 others get away).
