The Wave is made of composite and aluminium, whereas the carbon is composite, aluminium and carbon. Both the Wave and Wave carbon got a new composite inner material, hence not rated for magnum calibers. Both are rated for 22LR only. The wave silencers is not intended to be disassembled. Both waves are popular on pistoles and rifles silencers. Wave are one of the most efficient designs on the market. The CMM-6 is a modular alu based silencer, also rated for .22 Mag. and .17 HMR and can be disassembled. Our 22 silencers can be delivered as dedicated air-rifle silencers.
